Yoga

The beautiful thing about yoga is, as we follow our own breath to guide our movements around the mat, we can be completely in tune with ourselves. No one and nothing else matters. We have the ability to clear our minds, create clarity and be completely present, no matter our age or ability. My objective is to offer this space in each and every class.
This is an all levels class, just remember it is not about being good at something, but being present, open to trying new things and enjoying your practice.

Beginner Pilates

Advance Pilates

Let one of our Pilates instructors help correct those muscle imbalances, improve your flexibility, balance, core stability and strength. Suitable for those who have been attending Pilates regularly and can work at a more dynamic pace, with more complex movements.

High Energy

METCON 45

Duration: 45 minutes

High energy metabolic conditioning class involving a variety of different exercises in 2 -3 shorter or longer workouts.They are designed to put you through your paces, build strength, burn those calories and leave you feeling great!

Indoor Cycling

Duration: 45 minutes

Get your heart racing and legs turning as you pedal your way through 45 minutes of sweat, oxygenated blood and gears! We don’t know why but we love it!

Boxercise

Duration: 60 minutes

Release your stress. Work up a sweat and feel satisfied after punching those pads in this high intensity workout.

Bootcamp

Duration: 45 minutes

Make the most of interval training in this outdoor high energy class. Simultaneously burn calories, boost your stamina and build strength through plyometric work. Combine bursts of high intense activity with intervals of light exercise for a challenging workout that will keep you mentally and physically, fit and healthy.

Legs, Bums and Tums

Duration: 60 minutes

A low impact studio class that promises to strengthen the legs, glutes, and core/abs, helping to burn calories while also toning muscle. Using a combination of bodyweight exercises, dumbbells and kettlebells to get you looking and feeling your best!

Circuits

Duration: 45 minutes

Circuit training will elevate your heart rate and keep it high through the entire circuit. Circuits is a series of exercises that are completed with a shorter rest, working multiple and large muscle groups in this full body workout. It is an excellent way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance.

Body Conditioning

Duration: 45 minutes

Come to strengthen and tone in a full body studio based conditioning workout for all ages, specifically designed to get your heart pumping and all those muscles working! You will be using a mix of weighted bars and steppers as well as your own bodyweight in varied exercises to feel the burn and get yourself in the condition of your life!

ROX 45

Duration: 45 minutes

ROX 45 is designed to train for the Fitness Race for Everybody with a challenging but accessible format
The race starts with a run, followed by specific functional movements, which repeats 8 times, taking place in our sports hall or outside. Challenge yourself to complete Bronze, Silver or Gold level in the hottest new challenge

StepFit

Duration: 45 minutes

Step into fitness with our new cardio-based step class. Using a step-block and a mixture of bodyweight exercise, this class will get you sweating and be your new best friend to add cardio into your routine!

Ladies Lifting Club

Duration: 60 minutes

If you’re a woman looking to discover the benefits of strength training during ALL ages and stages of life, then this class is for you!
Each week will focus on a different movement, teaching you how to lift weights safely and effectively. This skill-based class will build on fundamental exercise movements starting with how to use and implement barbells into your training to leave you feeling fit, strong and empowered.

Social Seniors

Over 50s Gym Fit

Duration: 45 minutes

Small group training for over 50s in the gym. Have fun and stay fit with specific exercises chosen to develop strength, balance and cardio fitness.

Seated Exercise

Duration: 45 minutes

Improve strength, mobility and joint health in this social and fun chair-based exercise class.

Senior Active

Duration: 45 minutes

This is a low impact social class for over 50s which takes place in our studio. In this class we will have fun individual and team-based games/activities as well as a full body strength + cardio circuit. This class is a great way to stay in shape and meet new people.

Social Pickleball

Pickleball is a fun sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. Played both indoors or outdoors on a badminton-sized court and a slightly modified tennis net. It couldn’t be easier to have a go at Pickleball and discover for yourself just how much fun it is!

Social Basketball

1 hour social session open to both members and non members on a pay and play basis. Skills, Drills and Pick up games.

Adult Beginners Climb (16+ years)

Beginners Climb (16+) is aimed who have little to no experience, who want to give something new a go or conquer a fear in a fun and challenging social setting.

Kids Bouldering (School Year 3 – 6)

Would your child like to try something new? Try out our Bouldering and Climbing session, focusing on the fundamentals of climbing practised through fun games and challenges. Suitable for children in school years 3 – 6.

Small Group Climbing
